Important Dates for 2011 Trade Show Exhibitors

June 15      -    Preferred Trade Show Space
July 31       -    Applications for New Exhibitor
October 1   -    Cancellation Deadline

June 15      -    To secure Early Bird Pricing, Full Payment is due 
June 15      -    Deposit is due
October 1   -    Final Payment Deadline

These forms will be posted on website in the fall.

October 28    -    Advance Show Pass Order Form (mail out)
November 4   -    Give-Away Application
November 4   -    Additional Electrical Requirements
November 4   -    Telephone/Internet Hook-up
November 4   -    Signage Requirements
November 4   -    Furniture Rental Order Forms
 

Shipping and Receiving

November 15  -  open to receive Trade Show deliveries

 

Trade Show Package Pick-up

November 16 to November 18, pick up at CWA office, 2nd Floor Canada Centre Building.  After 1:00 p.m. on November 18, pickup up at Exhibitor Service Centre in the Credit Union EventPlex.

 

Move In Dates and Times

Friday, November 18 to Sunday, November 20. 

Staggered dates will be scheduled, please check back in the fall for the dates that your building will be open for move in.

Sunday - November 20 all exhibitors must be in place by 8:00 p.m.
 
 
Move Out Dates and Times

All exhibits and displays must remain intact until the following times:
November 26 - 6:00 p.m.
Credit Union EventPlex, Co-operators Centre, Banner Hall, Ag-Ex Pavilion, Prairie Building
November 26 - 7:00 p.m.
Agribition Building, Brandt Centre Link
After events have concluded in the Brandt Centre

All displays and display material must be removed from the grounds by 
Monday, November 28 at 12 noon.
