The year 1971 marks the establishment of Canadian Western Agribition (CWA) and, in celebration of 50 years, CWA is raffling off a one-of-a-kind 1971 GMC Custom C1500 Truck.

About the Truck:
This truck has been built up from the original to house the Invader 355 engine and Turbo 350 transmission. This work was professionally completed by H.O performance. The Invader 355 has Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum heads and an Edelbrock aluminum upper intake manifold. This truck was slightly lowered, is on American Racing 5 spoke wheels, and has many other features, such as roller heads, dual exhaust, and an MSD ignition.
All proceeds from the 1971 Truck Raffle go directly to the CWA Scholarship Fund (Lottery Licence #RR21-0201). Established in 1994, the CWA Scholarship Fund is intended to provide financial support and incentive to young people to pursue post-secondary and graduate education. The funding for the scholarship program is derived from a variety of CWA activities, as well as from recognized outside contributions. The CWA Scholarship Fund has  awarded over 180 scholarships since inception and the net proceeds from this raffle will go directly to supporting it.
