The Food Pavilion presented by The Mosaic Company is dedicated to everything food. Located in Arena 1 of The Co-operators Centre, the sights, smells and tastes will paint a picture of the food story. The space features cooking demonstrations, food, drink and product sampling, and many more showcases of western food. Whether it’s learning how to make your preserves stand above the rest, or how to pick the perfectly marbled steak, Agribition’s Food Pavilion is a must-see. There is also a large rest area and the space is fully licensed, so grab a drink, enjoy your food samples and put your feet up!
Cooking Demonstration Stage
Located within the Food Pavilion, the cooking demonstration stage includes hourly demonstrations featuring chefs ranging from home cooks to students to professionals. Each demonstration teaches the audience different cooking techniques and meal ideas. Discover something you didn't know before in these quick cooking demonstrations, and enjoy some tasty samples too!
